Cruiserweight Championship Match: Tony Nese vs. Buddy Murphy

 

Nese and Murphy put on an exceptional fight will Nese defeating Murphy to become the new Cruiserweight Champion.

Result: Tony Nese defeats Buddy Murphy to become the new Cruiserweight Champion.

Rating: B+

 

Women’s Battle Royal

Result: Carmella win the Women Battle Royal

The booking in this match tend to all tag team such as the Riott Squad and Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville. It also like stars like Asuka, Ember Moon, and others like Dana Brooke and Lana have their moments. We all thought Sarah Logan would have won here, but Carmella reenter the ring and was able to eliminate Logan with a super kick.

Raw Tag Team Championship Match: Zack Ryder and Curt Hawkins vs. The Revival

This match was okay, but the result was something that I didn’t see coming. The Revival was too cocky, and Curt Hawkins was able to roll up Scott Dawson to win the Tag Team title and end his 269-day losing streak. We probably won’t see Hawkins or Ryder hold the tag team championship for long.

 

Result: Zack Ryder and Curt Hawkins defeats The Revival to become the new Raw Tag Team Champions

Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal

This match wasn’t anything special, but you have some good moments throughout the match. Strowman was able to win the match and become this year Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal.

Result: Braun Strowman win the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal

Rating: C+

 

Universal Championship Match: Seth Rollins vs. Brock Lesnar

I didn’t think this match would be the first match on the main card, but this match was good. Lesnar was a beast here destroying Seth Rollins everywhere, but Rollins was able to survive and hit three curb stomps to become new Universal Championship. It was crazy for Lesnar to get beat so fast, but with his future up in the air, Rollins going over here was a good move.

Result: Seth Rollins defeats Brock Lesnar to become the new Universal Champion.

AJ Styles vs. Randy Orton

This match started off very slow, but once it got going, both competitors showcase their skills, before Styles was able to land the Phenomenal Forearm for the victory. Is the end of this rivalry? Who knows?

Result: AJ Styles defeats Randy Orton

Fatal 4-Way for the SmackDown Tag Team Championships

There was a lot of crazy moments in this match in which anyone could have won the title, but it was the Usos who was standing at the end of it all as they retain their Tag Team Championship.

Result: The Usos retains their Tag Team Championship

Rating: A-

 

Falls Count Anywhere Match: The Miz vs. Shane McMahon

I honestly thought the Miz would go on and win here and he destroyed Shane McMahon all over MetLife Stadium. The finish was crazy where it shows badass Miz while protecting Shane McMahon. Match was crazy.

Result: Shane McMahon defeat The Miz by pinfall.

Rating: A-

Fatal 4-Way for the Women’s Tag Team Championships

All four teams had their moments from everyone eliminating Nia Jax and Tamina at the beginning, to showcasing Beth Phoenix and Natalya, to the IIconics sneaking in and getting the victory. It will be interesting to see how the Illconics is booked here as the new Women Tag Team Championship.

Result: The IIconics become the new Women Tag Team Champions.

Rating: B+                          

 

WWE Championship: Daniel Bryan vs Kofi Kingston

This match can be sum up in one word: amazing. This was a back and forth which see Kofi prevail as your new WWE Champion. This was awesome. Hopefully, WWE will let him have a great and lengthy title run.

Result: Kofi Kingston defeats Daniel Bryan to become the new WWE Champion.

Match Rating – A+

 

United States Championship: Samoa Joe vs Rey Mysetrio

This Match was very short as both fighters hit their finishers, but Joe was able to choke out Mysterio to retain his title.

Result: Samoa Joe defeats Rey Mysterio to retain the United States Championship.

Rating: B-

Roman Reigns vs. Drew McIntyre

The Big Dog and The Scottish Psychopath battled here as both competitors took the fight to each other before Regins was able to deliver the spear and win the match.

Result: Roman Reigns defeated Drew McIntyre

Rating: B-

 

John Cena and Elias Segment

This segment was amazing, and it was crazy to see the Doctor of THUGANOMICS. It was special the original John Cena here.

Rating: A

 

No Holds Barred: Batista vs Triple H

This match was very intense and nasty. Triple H was able to brutalize the Animal as the Animal was able to counter some the Game’s moves. In the end, the Nature Boy Ric Flair appeared, handed Triple H a sledgehammer and provided a distraction that allowed him to use it on Batista to pick up the victory.

 

Result: Triple H defeats Batista.

Kurt Angle vs. Baron Corbin

I didn’t like the result of this match being that’s Kurt Angle’s last match and it been Baron Corbin, but hey, Corbin just got lucky here and win the match. I hate to see Angle lose here in his final match. Besides that, the match was decent.

Result: Baron Corbin defeat Kurt Angle

Rating: C-

 

Intercontinental Championship Match: Finn Balor vs. Bobby Lashley

The Demon and Bobby Lashley took the fight to each other before Balor was able to power bomb Lashley and delivered the Coup De Grace to become the new Intercontinental Champion.

Result: “The Demon” Finn Balor defeat Bobby Lashley to become the new Intercontinental Champion.

Rating: B

 

Winner Take All: Women Championship Triple Threat: Ronda Rousey vs Becky Lynch vs Charlotte Flair

Wow! All three competitors put their hearts on the line in this match. In the end, The Man was able to capitalize on Ronda Rousey and roll her up for a pin to become both the Raw and Smackdown Women Champion.

 

Result: Becky Lynch defeat Ronda Rousey and Charlotte Flair to become the new Raw and Smackdown Women Champion.

Rating: A-
